This policy applies to all clients who purchase services directly from Square Cosmo, including but not limited to website design, digital integration, consulting, and support services.

All payments made to Square Cosmo are non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined below. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.


3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of Service
    If we are unable to initiate or deliver the agreed-upon project within the specified timeline due to circumstances within our control, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

  • Duplicate Payments
    If a payment has been made more than once in error, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

  • Service Cancellation by Square Cosmo
    In rare cases where we are forced to cancel a project before any substantial work has commenced, we may issue a full refund.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after work has begun

  • Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., lack of content, approvals, or feedback)

  • Third-party platform limitations or failures (e.g., hosting, payment processors, or plugin services)


4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at squarecosmo.co@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Full Name and Contact Information

  • Project or Invoice Reference Number

  • Date of Payment

  • Reason for Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date.


5. Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
